be filled out before an order can be accepted or confirmed.
Please note that the maximum height of the side of your table
must not exceed 3.625 inches or 9.2 CM. If your table side is more than this,
send us the dimensions and description and we will make custom clamps for your
order.
To calculate the cost of shipping, go to http://www.usps.com
and under "Calculate Postage," select your destination and also enter the weight
of the package as 24 pounds. It is a large package that is 25x14x14 inches.
Orders are prepared based on time and date they are received.
Generally, there is a waiting period before orders can be shipped, so if you
need a robot soon, give yourself a few weeks lead time by ordering ahead.
Balls are no longer being shipped with the robot. You will need
to purchase your own balls.
OUR RETURN POLICY
If, for any reason, you would like to return the robot, first
you must contact us to inform us of your decision. This information must be
received by us within twenty business days (Mon.-Fri)x4 after the robot was
shipped. Exceptions can only be made for overseas customers who can show that
there was a delay in receiving their robot.
After twenty business days, we will not accept any return or
return information.
